Pierre Bader

Pierre Bader joined Unilabs as Finance Director Switzerland in 2021. Before joining Unilabs, Pierre spent nearly two decades in diverse industries, holding senior finance, CEO and commercial roles across France, Switzerland and Germany. During this time, Pierre successfully led Finance Departement, M&A initiatives, drove profitability improvements, managed large-scale organizational transformations, and delivered strong commercial growth.

A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics, and FMCG, Pierre has navigated both listed multinationals and smaller companies—combining commercial acumen with financial discipline and a people-focused leadership style.

Pierre holds a Master’s in Finance & Accounting and an MBA from IAE Caen, France.
